Cash back or refund

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected any delivery option, the amount will be credited in the store wallet. To be able to redeem your store credit you can further make transactions through your bank account used to make the payment.

Non refundable and non exchangeable items

All our bags and jewellery i:e necklaces finger rings bracelets are non refundable and non exchangeable items.
